Whether you're a fresh graduate discovering your passion, a homemaker reclaiming your identity, a fitness professional levelling up, or simply someone who has always loved Pilates — LPA was built for you.
We are proud to be the first in Asia to offer hybrid Pilates instructor training — combining the depth of structured hands-on learning with the freedom to study online, on demand, and at your own pace. Watch, revisit, and master every online module until you feel truly ready.
Theory is delivered online — self-paced, accessible on any device, anytime. Practical training: mat work, equipment, and teaching hours, is completed in person at a fully equipped LINE Pilates studio. Structured, flexible, and built to produce job-ready instructors.
Every theory lesson remains accessible for the full duration of your enrolment. Revisit modules as many times as needed, study around your existing commitments, and progress at a pace that suits your schedule.

LPA's modular design allows students to begin with a single module, earn a standalone credential, and progress toward full certification over time. No large upfront commitment — ideal for career switchers and busy professionals.
Every LPA graduate completes 50 hours of teaching practice — observation, self-practice, and live student instruction — before sitting their final assessment. Graduates enter the workforce prepared to teach professionally from day one.
LPA is ISO 9001:2015 accredited through International Accreditation Services (IAS) — recognised across six continents. This means your LPA certification meets an internationally accepted standard, giving you the credentials to teach and work in Malaysia, across Southeast Asia and beyond.
With LINE Pilates studios across Kuala Lumpur, Damansara, Puchong, Johor, Penang, and Pahang, LPA graduates enjoy privileged access to job opportunities, internships, and mentorship from seasoned instructors within the network. Stay connected, keep growing, and unlock special rates on advanced workshops exclusively available to our alumni.
The LPA curriculum covers the full spectrum of Pilates instruction — from the science of human movement to hands-on mastery of every major apparatus. Co-developed with physical therapy professionals and grounded in clinical evidence.

Level 1 establishes the academic and practical foundation every professional Pilates instructor requires. It covers the science of human movement, postural assessment, class design, and the full mat and props repertoire. Students who complete all five Level 1 modules are awarded the Mat Pilates Instructor Certificate.
Level 2 extends teaching capability to every major piece of Pilates apparatus. Each module covers exercise repertoire, safety principles, client progressions, and teaching methodology specific to that apparatus. Each module earns a standalone credential and contributes toward full certification.
Students enrolling in Level 2 modules must have completed Level 1, or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge through prior coursework or professional experience.
Before sitting for final assessment, all students must complete a structured programme of practice hours. Practice hours are logged as part of your assessment eligibility record.
